I am a College athlete and have found that Chilled Cryo Spa goes the extra mile and are always keen listeners - the different therapies offered all complement each other and I particularly appreciate the targeted ones for specific areas/needs. I always look forward to being able to come pre or after. Great staff also and all are very knowledgeable and helpful

I experienced the infra red - red light therapy a few days ago - walked in with a bad back (stuck) and felt much better after my session.Loved the effect on the skin !

I am SO appreciative of the amazing people here. My son was wrestling in the UIL high school state tournament. He hurt his knew during a match at the end of the day on Friday. My husband called and spoke with the owners. They stayed open for my son to get there and take care of his knee. Thank you SO much

This place is amazing! I wish I had found it sooner! The IV bags gave me energy I haven’t felt in years and made me feel all around healthier and better. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend

Great place for Cryo spa therapy. The cold cabins are amazing for reducing inflammations on your body. I went to try for a week and it works very well. they also had monthly plans. You can have compression therapy also.

I recently ran a marathon and when I got back into town, I could hardly walk my legs were so sore. I did a week's worth of cryotherapy and compression and it was an absolute game changer for me. I was able to get back to running in less than a week after daily treatment. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and there are so many services. I highly recommend this place.
